Independent artists and original content creators are a vital part of the fan convention experience. At Ashika-con, we honor this community by offering discounted space in Artist Alley for individuals and small businesses to showcase and sell their commissions, prints, and handcrafted goods.

On the Waitlist? Don’t Panic!

All applications for Ashika-con’s Artist Alley are initially placed on a waitlist to give our team time to thoughtfully review each submission. This process allows us to limit similar art styles and merchandise, ensuring a more dynamic and enjoyable experience for artists, vendors, and attendees alike.

Once your application is approved, your payment will be processed immediately. This may occur several weeks after you apply, due to the volume of submissions we receive. Be sure to use a credit card that will remain active during this time.

If your payment is declined at the time of processing, you may lose your place in the queue and will need to reapply.
