Ashika-con offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase and sell your merchandise in a fun, family-friendly marketplace. It's also a prime chance to get your brand in front of fans who love Asian pop culture, cosplay, and gaming.
On the Waitlist? Don’t Worry!
All vendor applications for Ashika-con are initially placed on a waitlist so our team can carefully review each submission. This process helps us curate a diverse and exciting exhibitor lineup—avoiding too much overlap in merchandise and art styles to create a better experience for vendors, artists, and attendees alike.
Once your application is approved, your payment will be processed immediately. Please note that approval may take several weeks due to the high volume of applications. Be sure to apply using a credit card that will remain valid and active during this time.
If your payment is declined when it's processed, your spot in the queue may be forfeited, and you will need to reapply.

Booth placement at Ashika-con is determined at the discretion of our team. We take several factors into account, including ensuring that artists, vendors, and exhibitors with similar offerings are not placed directly next to one another to maintain variety and enhance the attendee experience.
